Privacy: your data is temporary by design
1 · Temporary storage only
Uploads live in a private bucket and are auto-deleted within 24–48 hours of processing (immediately after download when possible). There is no "keep my files" mode.
2 · Never used for training
Your rows are never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. The AI sees only column headers plus up to 3 sample values per column, solely to suggest mappings.
3 · AI sees the minimum
Mapping runs rules-first on our servers. A private AI model receives headers + tiny samples only when rules can't decide — never full datasets.
4 · What we keep
Job receipts (filename, row counts, mapping used) and your saved column corrections — so next week's file maps in one click. Delete anytime from History; snapshots live in your own browser until Supabase sync lands.
5 · Secrets
API keys live in server-only environment variables, never in client code. See our open audit checklist in the project evals.
